How to combat loneliness



There is no denying the fact that man is a social being. Being characterized by friendly companionship or relations, he wants to live or prefer to live in community rather than living in isolation. He wants to use his every possible means in order to meet his needs that he could live life to the fullest. Unfortunately, life does not long remain possible to live as he wants. Change in a person’s life may come in many forms. Some changes are uninvited on which one can have no control, while others are such changes that may lead a person to undergo for the better. However, change is a natural part of life, and so a person needs to embrace change and learn to accept it. Life-changing decisions will enable one to make choices and decisions. 

 Whether it’s for your job purpose or business or study, you may need to choose to leave home. If you want to have good life, with love, peace and fulfillment, you can gain it by submitting to God Almighty offering prayers in accordance with what has been enjoined. So, to connect self in some way with God offers strength to remain in peace and to be happy.

It must be noted that the way you think has a great impact on the quality of life you have been living. Hence it’s important to change your thinking to change your life to create happiness and fulfillment. This will lead you to learn how to adjust to life in a foreign country. This requires you to do things outside of your normal habitual patterns. If you are the quiet type and little bit reserved person, you need to open up to people and interact with them. This way, socializing with people will help you in many ways. Going out with friends, having dinner with them or inviting them makes you feel better, happier and healthier ceasing your loneliness to exist.
